人生的80层楼

有一对兄弟，他们的家住在80层楼上。

有一天他们外出旅行回家，发现大楼停电了！

虽然他们背着大包的行李，但看来没有什么别的选择，于是哥哥对弟弟说，我们就爬楼梯上去！

于是，他们背着两大包行李开始爬楼梯。爬到20楼的时候他们开始累了，哥哥说“包包太重了，不如这样吧，我们把包包放在这里，等来电后坐电梯来拿。”

于是，他们把行李放在了20楼，轻松多了，继续向上爬。他们有说有笑地往上爬，但是好景不长，到了40楼，两人实在累了。

想到还只爬了一半，两人开始互相埋怨，指责对方不注意大楼的停电公告，才会落得如此下场。他们边吵边爬，就这样一路爬到了60楼。到了60楼，他们累得连吵架的力气也没有了。弟弟对哥哥说，“我们不要吵了，爬完它吧。”

于是他们默默地继续爬楼，终于80楼到了！

兴奋地来到家门口兄弟俩才发现他们的钥匙留在了20楼的包包里了.有人说，这个故事其实就是反映了我们的人生：20岁之前，我们活在家人、老师的期望之下，背负着很多的压力、包袱，自己也不够成熟、能力不足，因此步履难免不稳。20岁之后，离开了众人的压力，卸下了包袱，开始全力以赴地追求自己的梦想，就这样愉快地过了20年。可是到了40岁，发现青春已逝，不免产生许多的遗憾和追悔，于是开始遗憾这个、惋惜那个、抱怨这个、嫉恨那个.就这样在抱怨中度过了20年。到了60岁，发现人生已所剩不多，于是告诉自己不要在抱怨了，就珍惜剩下的日子吧！于是默默地走完了自己的余年。到了生命的尽头，才想起自己好象有什么事情没有完成.原来，我们所有的梦想都留在了20岁的青春岁月。。。

“How important is this job to you?”

A very good point that i learned today, well seems that everyone looking for a job, try to make sure they get a good one but then how important is this job to you? I been thinking and realize lately about this point, for a teenage like me probably people will sound that “you’re still young, don’t waste your time nor mine” but for adults that already have a family will probably think the other way around, they dying for it, work 8 hours a day and probably more than that just to make sure their family have food, clothes & bills that can be clear. But how many young people taking it seriously? Yesterday I attended Curtin University tea time(lunch actually), from what I observed my surrounding, they all looked not much different from high school student or even like what my friend told me “Kindergarten”. 2 person that sit next to me, they talking about car while the next day is their 1st day in University so my observation told me that none of people there are thinking of learning profit by making own business instead of working under people that pay by salary.

“How much do you worth for the job?”

Ever since you started a job, and you been making mistake until you get the “last warning”, so the question is what if I been doing the job wrong until the day I get the last warning but then since after that I doing the job performance in excellent and keep on improving until one day I repeat the mistake again, will I get the job off? When I’m studying in class about “Management” what I learnt from college it looks pretty simple but ever since after I’m working in a company is totally far different than college.
When a company has the person who has the ability to do the job even if you want to quit the job and they won’t “beg” you to stay, but what if you’re the one and only person who can do the job? Will they beg and increase your salary?

A Manager role

From what I studies in college about manager is that he/she must have a good management skill and leadership, but is hardly to see any manager that have both skills. Most of the manager only has good management skill but not in leadership. A friend of mine told me that normally a person who achieved to the level of manager must be 30 years old and above, why? They need to contribute time for the company that is because they have limited opportunity for them. They need to make sure they are playing a good role inside the company. The manager contribute his/her time on office more than spending time with the family, true that the manager have lots of money but he/she exchange the youth for the job and the relationship between family member would be not that close.

Hello...Alor...Hi... What a tiring day.. cycling the whole day from here to there.. Well seems that I'm having break from school which is Holiday because of Hari Raya! Actually "Arman" didnt mean that I have to celebrate Raya Hari.. Cuz well.. not gonna post that topic here.. back to there topic.. I'm start cycling from my house which is Opposite "Bomba" that near Parkson to City Fan.. just to grab some fresh air.. which I been cycling for few rounds.. then some "kidos" come to have a race with me.. they been chasing me around the City Fan for few rounds.. but the main point is I'm Leading first.. and finally I'm cycle to the road and they stop there. Cuz they scare probably..(Show Off) .. Then i got a call from my fren and they asked to go Tanjung. Yea again from City Fan to Tanjung...

And I arrived there around 2.30pm and start waiting for my frens who called themself "Driver" and took they to arrived Tanjung after 1 hour later... Wow! But is a good thing for me to wait .. while I can enjoy watching a "Couple" makeout for like 1 hour.. God.. I think they only have the chance to Date once a month.. thats why they took 1 hour for Kissing.... God Bless them.. then after that I bored...so decided to take must picture of "Crabby"

I guess this year i wouldn't have the chance to visit Mabul Island but I will post the information of Mabul Island . . .

Mabul Island

Sipadan Water Village is a resort beautifully constructed with Bajau architectural design. Part of the Mabul Island is also home to groups of Bajau fishermen who have built their traditional palm thatched houses. The Bajau Laut, the world's only tribe of nomadic sea gypsies spends their lives on the water. Over the years, some have entered a transition from sea nomadic to sedentary village life at a former major anchorage site such as Mabul.

The entire resort is built over water on stilts made of Belian Wood commonly called ironwood, laid in certain points so as to minimise damage to the existing reef. In its design, Sipadan Water Village has achieved near utopia in its over-the-water layout, splendid water cottage accommodations with flowered sidewalks, wonderfully prepared Asian and Continental cuisine, and impeccable and personable service.

Dive Centre - The Dive Centre is responsible for all in-water activities and scuba training and education. Dive Sites - only 20 minutes away from the comforts of Sipadan Water Village. The walls are covered with hard corals, soft corals, gorgonians, sponges etc. You can see more turtles on one dive here than in a lifetime of diving anywhere else. Divers may also get to see huge resident school of barracudas, which make beautiful circling patterns on top of the reef, in 10 or 15 feet of water at the South Point.

When I was form 1 student , I always get bullied by other class because I'm totally coward and scare to feel the pain from my skins . So I decided to join Tang Soo Do when I was form 3 , is really hard for me when starting but you won't regret after you learn it .
